Our English class 10 was given a private guided tour in English through the  Oslo Nobel Peace Center and its contemporary exhibition "From King to Obama" the 20th of October 2009.

The exhibition portrayed the American Civil Rights Movement of the 1960s - the movement that helped pave the way for Barack Obama's historic election victory. We found out that there are many obvious similarities between King and Obama, both in terms of their values, their political strategies and in their rhetoric and public impact.
